I have carefully considered your request to have your appeal heard after the 21-day timeline for submission. Based on the circumstances you refer to in your letter of appeal, I have decided to waive the timeline and grant your appeal to receive Credit standing in MATH 210 and MATH 337 (W 2015).

Your grades in these courses will appear on your transcript as CR. Once your GPA has been recalculated, your MATH Medial Plan GPA should be 2.033. You are now eligible to graduate.

You did not make reference to your failed grades in ECON 371 or HIST 252 from the same term in your appeal letter; however, given your circumstances I would be willing to allow you to drop these courses past the academic deadline as well. If you would like to accept this offer, please email asc.appeals@queensu.ca within 21 days of receiving this decision and we will make the appropriate changes to your transcript.
