After careful consideration of the documentation you submitted and the information supplied by the instructors about the circumstances surrounding these courses, I have decided to grant your appeal. Your grades in these courses will appear on your transcript as CR.

As a result of these grade changes, your GPA is now at 1.75; therefore, the Academic Probation ruling will be removed from your transcript as it now no longer applies. You currently remain in good academic standing.
