I have reviewed your appeal to change the grade you received in ENGL 100 (FW 2015/16) to Credit standing. After careful consideration of the documentation you submitted, I have decided to grant your appeal.
It is the student€™s responsibility to manage his or her course registrations carefully and follow proper procedures and deadlines for changing exam centres. However, given that this is your first course at Queen€™s, I have decided to exercise some leniency in this case. However, note that no further leniency will be permitted in the future should you encounter this issue again.
Your grade in this course will appear on your transcript as CR. This change of grade will allow you to continue to take online courses at Queen€™s University. You must, however, achieve a minimum GPA of 1.60 on your next 6.0 units of courses taken in order to fulfil your condition of admission and to be eligible to proceed with further courses.
