I have reviewed your appeal to change the grades you received in ENGL 100, FILM 110, HIST 121 and POLS 110 (FW 2014/15) to Credit standing. After careful consideration of the documentation you submitted, I have decided to grant your appeal. Your grades in these courses will appear on your transcript as CR.

Your request to receive Credit standing in PSYC 100 (FW 2015/16) cannot be heard because you are not eligible for a CR grade in this course. To be eligible for Credit standing, a student must have completed the course and received a passing grade. According to your transcript, you received a failing grade in PSYC 100. However, given your circumstances, I would be willing to allow you to drop this course past the academic deadline instead. If you would like to accept this offer, please email asc.appeals@queensu.ca within 21 days of receiving this decision letter and we will make the appropriate changes to your transcript.
