Dear Ms. Shuster:

I have received the results of your appeal to have your Final Paper in HIST 294 (W 2016) re-read.

Your paper was sent to Dr. Manley, the History Department Head, for facilitation with all identification removed from your paper to ensure confidentiality and prevent any potential bias. Dr. Manley assigned two readers with expert knowledge of the HIST 294 course content. The original instructor, Professor Halabi, was not included as a reader. The results were collected by Dr. Manley and she determined the results of the re-assessment.

The re-read resulted in a change of your grade to your final paper from F (8.50/20) to D+ (11.5/20). This new grade was inputted into the grade spreadsheet by Dr. Manley. Unfortunately however, this did not result in a change to your final grade in HIST 294. It will remain as F.
