I have reviewed your request to complete the fall term of your third year of your BA (Honours) degree with a Major concentration in Psychology at the University of Ottawa. As you know, Regulation 14.4 indicates that €œnormally the last two years of the Honours degree are taken in the Faculty of Arts and Science at Queen€™s.€ However, given the circumstances explained in your letter of appeal, and the support of the Psychology Department, I agree to this request.

Your application for the letter of permission has been forwarded to Karen McBride for processing. Please allow up to 21 days to receive a response.

Note that official transcripts with final grades must be received by the Faculty of Arts and Science Office by 15 May to be considered for graduation at Spring Convocation, or by 15 October for Fall Convocation. Finally, please keep in mind that you must achieve a minimum grade of C on each course taken on a Letter of Permission, unless stated otherwise.
