I have carefully considered your appeal to drop GNDS 311 (F 2015), HIST 121 (FW 2015/16), GNDS 312 and GNDS 321 (W 2016) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, based on the documentation presented, I have decided to grant your request.

Your request to drop GNDS 215 and ARTH 228 could not be heard because these courses took place in Winter term 2015, long past the appeal deadline. If you would like to request to have this appeal heard late you must submit a separate appeal asking to waive this deadline and include a letter explaining the circumstances that prevented you from making this appeal until the present time as well as include supporting documentation to confirm the reasons for the delay and the full timeline they occurred.

Your transcript shows that you are registered in a heavy course load for both fall and winter terms. Given the ongoing nature of your personal challenges, I would strongly recommend that you closely monitor your academic progress and drop any courses, as needed within the drop deadlines and consider taking a reduced load over the winter term to allow yourself the time you need to manage your circumstances so they do not continue to impact your grades. The last day to drop a fall term course is Friday, November 4 and the last day to drop a full year or winter term course is Friday, March 3.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.
