Dear Mr. Thompson:

I have carefully considered your appeal to drop PSYC 100 (S 2016) past the academic deadline and receive Credit standing in CHEM 112B, KNPE 125 and CLST 103 (W 2016). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

While I am granting your appeal, I would like to recommend that you continue to seek therapy and counselling throughout the winter term. I also note that you are registered in a very heavy load for the winter term. Please ensure that you monitor your academic progress very carefully and if you feel that you are falling behind in any courses, drop them within the academic deadlines. The last day to drop a winter term course is Friday, March 3.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.
