I have carefully considered your appeal to drop BCHM 315 (F 2016) past the academic deadline as well as receive Credit standing in STAT 263 (S 2016), MICR 360 (F 2016) and extend the deadline of your incomplete grade in CHEM 281 (S 2016). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

You will be permitted up to the last day of the Winter 2017 exam period at the latest to write the final exam for CHEM 281. Please contact f2deans@queensu.ca to confirm the exam arrangements. Dr. Carran has agreed to put some additional accommodations in place for you.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding.
