Dear Ms. Broglio:

I have carefully considered your request to have your appeal heard after the 21-day timeline for submission, and have decided, based on the circumstances you refer to in your letter of appeal, to waive the timeline. You may now proceed with your plans to appeal courses from first year to Summer Term 2016.

Please access on the on-line appeals system at: http://www.queensu.ca/artsci/help/academic-appeals/online-appeal-submission After you enter your NetID and password you will now have a new appeal option called €œSubmit a Late Appeal€. Choose this option and follow the steps. Note that in order to request Credit standing in selective courses, you will need to explain in your appeal letter why your ADHD only affected some courses and not others. You must also include some supporting documentation to confirm how those courses in particular would have been affected.

There will not be a fee for this new appeal, as it will be considered an amendment to your 21-day deadline appeal so the system will skip over the payment step.
