I have carefully considered your appeal to drop DRAM 211 (W 2017) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I would like to note that this is a lenient decision as you stated in your letter that you have been struggling all term. Should you encounter similar difficulties again in the future, you must ensure that you are well aware of the drop deadlines and make decisions to drop courses by those dates.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding.
