I have carefully considered your appeal to drop POLS 384 (F 2016) past the academic deadline, receive Credit standing in MATH 126 (F/W 2015/2016), Aegrotat standing in ECON 232 (W 2016) and an Extension of the Incomplete in POLS 457 (F 2016). After careful consideration of the documentation you submitted and the information supplied by the instructors about the circumstances surrounding this course, I have decided to grant your appeal.

The instructor of ECON 232 (W 2016) has submitted a replacement grade based on the work you have completed, which will appear on your transcript as a C+ along with the notation €œAegrotat: estimated grade€.

You are permitted up to the final day of the Summer term 2017 exam period to complete the course requirements for POLS 457 and it is your responsibility to contact Professor Kocsis to make the appropriate arrangements.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.
