Dear Ms. Ro:

I have carefully considered your appeal to drop ENGL 200 (FW 2016/17) and ENGL 238 (W 2017) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I would also be willing to consider allowing you to drop ENGL 238 past the academic deadline as well. However, in order for me to consider this request I would like to meet with you first to discuss your academic plan moving forward. If you would like to set up a time to meet, please email my Assistant, Katie, at f2deans@queensu.ca and she will confirm the arrangements.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.
