Dear Mr. Scoten:
I have received your appeal requesting Aegrotat standing in CHEM 222 and MICR 270 (W 2016) and an extension of your incomplete grade in PSYC 100 (FW 2015/16).
As you know, you have only completed 50 of the work required for CHEM 222 and MICR 270; therefore you are not eligible for Aegrotat standing in these courses. Despite your strong performance, no exceptions can be made to these requirements. I will however, grant you one further extension to complete these three courses.
You are permitted up to September 15, 2017 to complete these courses and it is your responsibility to contact your instructors to make the appropriate arrangements. If you cannot complete the courses within this timeline, you may request to drop them late instead by emailing your confirmation to asc.appeals@queensu.ca.
Yours sincerely,
Sue Blake
