I have carefully considered your request to have your appeal heard after the one-term timeline for submission (to appeal courses from Winter 2015 to Winter 2016). After reviewing your file I have decided to grant your request and allow you to submit a late appeal.
Please access on the on-line appeals system at: http://www.queensu.ca/artsci/help/academic-appeals/online-appeal-submission After you enter your NetID and password you will now have a new appeal option called €œSubmit a Late Appeal€. Choose this option and follow the steps. Your appeal letter should explain the extenuating circumstances concerning these particular courses, and include any relevant supporting documentation that wasn€™t included with your prior appeal (given that you addressed these circumstances in your first appeal letter, you may write €œplease refer to previous appeal letter€ in the text box if you wish to use that information already sent). There will not be a fee for this new appeal, as it will be considered an amendment to your on-term deadline appeal so the system will skip over the payment step.
