I have carefully considered your request to have your appeal heard after the 21-day or one term deadline for submission, and have decided, based on the circumstances you refer to in your letter of appeal, to waive the timeline and drop PHYS 315 and PHYS 372 (W 2017).

I am also will to grant you Credit standing in PHYS 350 (F/W 2016-17) due to the circumstances you have outlined. Please email asc.appeals@queensu.ca within 21 days of receiving this letter if you wish to accept the Credit standing in PHYS 350.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding.
