Given the information and documentation supplied in your current appeal, I am prepared to extend the following offer:
1. I will allow you to drop CISC 121, PHIL 153 (Fall 2013), GPHY 102, MATH 111M and MATH 121B (Winter 2014) past the academic deadlines.
2. I will allow you to change your final grade in CISC 121 (Winter 2014) to Credit standing. If you would like to accept one or both offers, please email asc.appeals@queensu.ca within 21 days of receiving this decision letter to confirm and we will make the appropriate changes to your transcript.
Note that any change in academic registration (e.g. dropping courses) may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding such as OSAP, scholarships, or bursaries. Please consult with the Student Awards Office (Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall) to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load. A change in academic registration may also affect a student€™s enrollment status as a full or part-time student, eligibility for student visas, or benefits through external agencies.
