I have carefully considered your appeal to receive an extension of your incomplete grades in BIOL 102 (S 2017). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

You are permitted up to May 1, 2018 at the latest to write this exam and it is your responsibility to contact Professor Ken Ko to make the appropriate arrangements.

Going forward I would strongly suggest that you monitor your course load and evaluate the impact of your health on your studies prior to week 8 of term. You may need to reduce your course load to ensure success each term. The drop deadlines, as they have been outlined in the €œImportant Dates€ section on the Arts and Science web page, have been established by the Faculty of Arts and Science to ensure a fair and equitable treatment of all students and to facilitate the timely completion of university studies at Queen's.
