I have carefully considered your appeal to drop DEVS 492 (F 2017) and receive an extension of your incomplete grade in DEVS 340 (F 2017). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

You are permitted up to September 15, 2018 at the latest to complete the course requirements for DEVS 340 and it is your responsibility to contact Professor Paritosh to make the appropriate arrangements.
