I have carefully considered your request to have your appeal heard after the one term deadline for submission. Based on the circumstances you refer to in your letter of appeal, I have decided to waive the timeline and grant your request to drop DRAM 205, DRAM 251, ENIN301 and MUTH 340 (F 2017) past the academic deadlines.

I am confident that in the future you will make every effort to inform yourself of the academic regulations concerning deadlines as they are outlined in Important Dates Section on the Arts and Science web page. These deadlines have been established by the Faculty of Arts and Science to ensure a fair and equitable treatment of all students and to facilitate the timely completion of university studies at Queen's.
