I have carefully considered your appeal to drop PSYC 241 (F 2018) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I have granted this appeal based on the fact that you did not receive any grades in this course by the drop date. Going forward, as an upper year student, you will be expected to appraise your progress by week 8 of the term even in the absence of grades. This could include reflecting on whether you€™ve kept up with your readings, attended all classes and prepared for upcoming assignments and tests. If not, it may be best to drop by week 8.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding.
