After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request for Credit standing in HLTH 315, HLTH 323, HLTH 333, PSYC 332 and PSYC 333. Your grades in these courses will appear on your transcript as CR.

I cannot grant your request for Credit standing in PSYC 350 since you were not successful in this course but I am also willing to drop this course late due to your extenuating circumstances. If you would like to accept this offer, please email asc.appeals@queensu.ca within 21 days of receiving this letter and we will make the appropriate changes to your transcript.

I am confident that in the future you will make every effort to inform yourself of the academic regulations concerning deadlines as they are outlined in Important Dates Section on the Arts and Science web page.
