I have carefully considered your appeal to drop CHEM 281 and PHGY 215 (F 2018) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I have granted this appeal based on the extenuating circumstances you outline but I need to caution you that the appeals process is not meant to be used to manage a chronic condition. The Appeal process is designed for students who encounter problems, or whose problems become acute, after the drop deadline. I suggest you consider registering with QSAS who can help you manage your academics. This could include taking a lighter course load and would include evaluating the impact of your health on your studies prior to week 8 of term.
