I have reviewed your appeal to change the grades you received in MATH 111, MATH 120 (FW 2017-18) and BIOL 103 (W 2018) to Credit standing. After careful consideration of the documentation you submitted, I have decided to grant your appeal. Your grades in these courses will appear on your transcript as CR.

I would like to note that I have exercised some leniency in this decision, acknowledging that the circumstances you outline were difficult to support with documentation. I encourage you to pause and evaluate your progress in your courses during week 7 of the term and if life circumstances are impacting your studies, you should drop courses by week 8. Further, I recommend that you seek support from the Counselling Service if you need help dealing with the challenges you have outlined.
