I am pleased to see that you are willing and anxious to complete the requirements in HIST 329 (FW 2017-18) and receive an extension of your incomplete grade in that course. After reviewing your file and receiving support from the instructor, I have decided to grant your request.

You are permitted up to April 30, 2019 at the latest to complete the outstanding requirements in this course and it is your responsibility to contact Professor den Otter to make the appropriate arrangements.

Sophie, based on the information and documentation presented in your appeal, I am also willing to drop HIST 214, HIST 244, POLS 230 and POLS 264 (W 2018) past the academic deadline. If you would like to accept this offer, please email asc.appeals@queensu.ca within 21 days of receiving this letter and we will make the appropriate changes to your transcript.
