Category: Drop a course after the academic deadline
Dear Mr. Khanna:
I was sorry to read of the allergic reaction you had on the March 1st drop deadline date and can see that on that particular date, you would have been unable to drop your courses. I also noted the comment in your letter where you state that are aware of the fact that making the decision to drop your courses this close to the deadline was not a good decision. In light of the extenuating circumstances you have outlined and the adjustments you will make in your overall planning going forward, I have decided to grant your request to drop MUSC 102 and PHIL 203 (W 2019) past the academic deadline.
Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.
I wish you well in your current courses.
Yours sincerely,
Jenn Stephenson, Ph.D.
