Dear Ms. Bentley:

I was sorry to have read in your letter of appeal that you recently experienced a circumstance that has impacted your health. No doubt that has impacted your studies in general this term but I do note that this course is particularly impacted since much of the course assessment is still outstanding. I am pleased to have read that you have received academic consideration for your other courses. Based on the circumstances outlined as well as your documentation, I have decided to grant your appeal to drop HLTH 333 (W 2019) past the academic deadline. I am hopeful that the dropping of this course will indeed give you the extra time you need to focus on your other courses.
