I have decided the following:

2. To deny your request to change your grade to Credit Standing (CR) in CLST 103 (W 16).

I have granted your request to change your grade to Credit Standing (CR) in MUSC 129B, MUSC 191B (W 16) and to drop CLST 200 (F 16) after the deadline based on the extenuating circumstances you provided.

I have denied your request to change your grade to Credit Standing (CR) CLST 103 (W 16) as the information we received from the course instructor indicated that you failed two exams and therefore you did not achieve the learning outcomes of the course that warrants Credit Standing.

You should also pause and evaluate the impact of your health on your studies prior to week 8 of term. The week 8 drop deadlines, as they have been outlined in the €œImportant Dates€ section on the Arts and Science web page, have been established by the Faculty of Arts and Science to ensure a fair and equitable treatment of all students and to facilitate the timely completion of university studies at Queen's.
