I have reviewed your appeal to change the grade you received in POLS 250B, PHIL 275 (W 2019) to Aegrotat standing and to change drop RELS 131B and PHIL 270 (W 19) late. After careful consideration of the documentation you submitted and the information supplied by the instructor about the circumstances surrounding this course, I have decided to grant your appeal.

RELS 131B and PHIL 270 will appear as DR on your transcript, and the instructors of POLS 250B and PHIL 275 have already submitted replacement grades based on the work you have completed. The grades on your transcript will appear as follows:

€¢ PHIL 275 €“ B- with a notation €œAegrotat: estimated grade€

I have granted this appeal based on the severity of your extenuating circumstances but need to warn you that the appeals process is not meant to be used to manage a chronic condition.
