Dear Fahad Khan:

I have carefully considered your appeal to receive an extension of your incomplete grades in MATH 121 (FW 2018/19) and ECON 240 (W 2019). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

You are permitted up to January 15, 2020 at the latest to complete the course requirements and it is your responsibility to contact Professor Ableson and Professor Stewart to make the appropriate arrangements.

Fahad, you also asked to extend your Incomplete grade in ENIN 207 (S 2019). Since this was a Summer term 2019 course, it is not necessary for you to appeal to extend an IN. Your instructor can approve the IN which would give you until the end of this current Fall term 2019 to complete the outstanding course requirements. It is your responsibility to contact Professor Rodenburg to make the appropriate arrangements to submit your outstanding work. If Professor Rodenburg does not agree to grant you an Incomplete grade in this course, I am willing to drop the course late due to the circumstances you have outlined. Please contact asc.appeals@queensu.ca within 21 days if you wish to drop ENIN 207 rather than complete the course requirements.
