I was sorry to read of the challenges you outlined in your letter of appeal and I have carefully considered your request to waive the 21 day appeal deadline. Based on the circumstances outlined, I will grant your appeal to waive the 21 day appeal deadline. You may now submit your appeal to Waive the Requirement to Withdraw for One year. Please note you can submit that as an Appeal Amendment through the appeal web site.

Matthew, in order for me to consider your next appeal to waive the requirement to withdraw, I will require documentation from a professional, such as your therapist, who can support the timeline, severity and impact your circumstances had on your studies as well as indicating that you are ready and able to resume your studies.
