I am sorry to have read of the passing of your grandmother in your appeal letter and am sorry for your loss. No doubt her illness and then passing was difficult for you and your family. I have reviewed your appeal to change the grades you received in MATH 121 (FW 2018/19) and PSYC 100 (S 2019) to Credit standing. After careful consideration of the documentation you submitted and the information supplied by the instructors about the leaning outcomes you achieved in these courses, I have decided to grant your appeal.

Your grade in MATH 121 and PSYC 100 will appear on your transcript as CR.

I am pleased to have read that you have been able to move on from this loss but I encourage you to reach out to our Student Wellness Services office in Mitchell Hall if you wish to discuss this loss with a counsellor who can help support you during this grieving process.
