I was sorry to read of the health related challenges you faced last term and I have reviewed your appeal to change the grade you received in BIOL 335 (F 2019) to Aegrotat standing based on those circumstances. After careful consideration of the documentation you submitted and the information I have received from the instructor, I have decided to grant your appeal.

The instructor has submitted a replacement grade based on the work you have completed and your grade in BIOL 335 (F 2019) will appear on your transcript as A along with the notation €œAegrotat: estimated grade€.

I encourage you to continue to seek support from Student Wellness Services and your QSAS Advisor to help you manage both your health and academics. I also suggest that you evaluate the impact of your health on your studies prior to week 8 of term and to drop courses if necessary at that time.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding.
