As you know, Regulation 14.1 indicates that, €œThe student must obtain a Letter of Permission from the Arts and Science Faculty Office prior to enrolling in classes at another post-secondary institution.€ This type of request would not normally be granted; however, given that this appears to be the final credits you require to graduate, I agree to this request.

Please submit your application for the Letter of Permission as soon as possible to ensure that the courses requested will count at Queen€™s. You can obtain an application form at http://www.queensu.ca/artsci/help/forms Please include course descriptions with your application form as well as the application fee http://www.queensu.ca/artsci/help/forms It may take up to three weeks to receive your letter of permission. We have your official transcript from Athabasca University in your file.
