Dear Jessica Cole:

I was sorry to read that you have been struggling with health-related challenges during the current Fall term. I have carefully considered your appeal to drop WRIT 125 and GPHY 101 (F 2020) past the academic deadline and I have decided to grant your request.

I have granted this appeal based on the severity of your extenuating circumstances as well as the proactive steps that you had taken by connecting with health care professionals when you began to feel unwell shortly after the drop deadline. Upon your return to studies, I encourage you to register for QSAS so that you can work with an advisor to help you manage your academics along with your health-related challenges.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding.
