I was sorry to read about the health issues that have been impacting you. I have carefully considered your appeal to drop CHEM 281 (F 2020) past the academic deadline and I have decided to grant your request.

I have granted this appeal based on the severity of your extenuating circumstances as well as the information supplied by your counsellor at Student Wellness Services regarding the impact that they have had on your ability to complete this course. I want to commend you on your successful grades in your other Fall term courses and to assure you that your grade for CHEM 281 will be replaced with a DR notation and will not negatively impact your GPA.
