I was sorry to read of the family related extenuating circumstances that you experienced during the 2019 Fall term and of your mental health issues that followed during the 2020 Winter term. I have carefully considered your appeal to receive an extension of an incomplete grade in GNDS 445 (F 2019). After reviewing your request and the information supplied by your instructor regarding your excellent grades in this course, I have decided to grant your request.

You are permitted up to April 30, 2021 at the latest to complete the outstanding components in this course and it is your responsibility to contact Professor Morgensen to make the appropriate arrangements.
