I have carefully considered your appeal to drop PHYS 315 (F 2019) past the academic deadline and after reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I recognize that you were unable to complete this class during the Fall 2019 term due to your unexpected health issue and that your instructor allowed an extension to allow you to complete the work during the following term and I sorry to read that the impacts of Covid-19 and your added responsibilities with Orientation affected this academic plan. I do want to commend you Anika, on your hard work and commitment to a successful Orientation during this difficult time.
