I was sorry to read of the circumstances you outlined in your letter of appeal and I have carefully considered your request to drop GPHY 332 (W 2021) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I would like to note that I have exercised some leniency in this decision, acknowledging that you missed the drop date deadline by only a few days, as well as the challenges you outlined. Going forward, I am confident you will be more mindful of the deadline and suggest that you drop your courses prior to the drop date deadline.
