I am sorry to read that you have been struggling to manage this course remotely from an international location along with challenges related to COVID19. I have carefully considered your appeal to drop PHYS 250 (W 2021) past the academic deadline and after reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I acknowledge that you plan to repeat PHYS 250 in a future term when you are able to return to on-campus studies but going forward, I suggest that you familiar yourself with the published deadlines at the beginning of each term and make sure that you carefully assess whether you are able to manage your studies remotely before the drop date deadline.
