I was sorry to read that your home has been impacted by a fire. I have carefully considered your appeal to drop ECON 111 (Winter 2021) past the academic deadline and after reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I have granted this appeal based on the severity of this extenuating circumstance and recognize that you want to reduce your course load so that you can focus on completing the Winter term courses that are required for your degree program.
