I have carefully considered your request to have your appeal heard after the 21-day timeline for submission, and have decided, based on the circumstances you refer to in your letter of appeal, to waive the timeline. You may now proceed with your planned appeal to drop failed courses past the academic deadline from 2007 to 2012.
To submit your late appeal, please assess the on-line appeals system and under the type of appeal click on €œSubmit a late appeal (my appeal requesting to waive the 21-day deadline has been granted and I am now permitted to submit a late appeal). By choosing this option, the system will skip over the payment step so you will not be charged another appeal fee.
Please note that this appeal you submit should address the circumstances around the difficulties in these particular courses, and include relevant supporting documentation to substantiate your claims. If the documentation from your 21-day deadline appeal is the same documentation that you wish to include for this appeal, please write this in the text box when you arrive at the Documentation step of the process.
