I was sorry to read about the health issues that you experienced during the Winter term and have carefully considered your appeal to drop LLCU 295 (Winter 2021) after the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I have granted this appeal based on the severity of your extenuating circumstances and the information provided by your health care provider within the documentation that you submitted. I acknowledge that you attempted to complete this course despite your extenuating circumstances but going forward, I strongly suggest that you take the time to assess the impacts of your health on your academics before the deadline to drop courses and consider dropping courses that may be affected.
