I was sorry to read that you have been struggling with health issues this academic year. I have carefully considered your appeal to drop PHIL 250, PHIL 257 (FW 2020/2021), PHIL 260, LAW 201, and CLST 203 (W21) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I have granted this appeal based on the severity of your extenuating circumstances as well as the proactive steps that you had taken by connecting with health care professionals in the 2020 Fall term. Upon your return to studies, I encourage you to continue working with your QSAS advisor and suggest that you consider taking a reduced course load until you are better able to manage your academics along with your health-related challenges.
