I am sorry to have read in your letter of appeal of the difficult circumstance you experienced during winter term and I have carefully considered your appeal to drop ENGL 245 and ENGL 340 (W 2021) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

Amanda, I understand that you have been advised of the support service available to you at Queen€™s but that you did not want that office to be notified of your circumstance and I certainly respect your privacy on this matter.
