I was sorry to have read in your letter of appeal that you were under the impression that you had dropped INDG 301 (W 2021) and I will grant your request to drop that course past the academic deadline based on that circumstance. I also received information that you had submitted no work in that course, which confirmed your assertion that you thought you had dropped the course.

You mention that you have already submitted your appeal for a tuition refund, but in case you have to re-submit that appeal, here is the link for that appeal:
