I have granted this appeal based on the extenuating circumstances you have described but I need to warn you that any further appeals will require documentation indicating the impact your extenuating circumstances had on your courses and the time period in question. Evidence of medical tests and/or diagnosis are not required, nor typically sufficient, because they do not address the timing and severity of the circumstances.
