I am sorry to have read of the challenges you mentioned in your letter of appeal and I have carefully considered your request to drop CHEM 281 (S 2021) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

Going forward, and if you choose to take future course from Queen€™s, I suggest you carefully evaluate your progress in your courses prior to the drop date deadlines. If you have fallen behind or you are not performing in the course to your satisfaction, you should drop courses by the drop date deadline.
