Dear Sara Fraser:

I am sorry to have read in your letter of appeal of the health issues that had impacted your Winter and Summer 2020 terms. I have carefully considered your appeal to drop MATH 121 and PHYS 118 (Summer 2020) past the academic deadline and after reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I have granted this appeal due to the severity of your health issues at that time and was happy to read that you had sought the appropriate supports and are feeling better. Going forward, I am hopeful that you will remain connected with your health care provider and that you will carefully evaluate your progress in your courses and make appropriate academic decisions before the drop deadline of each term.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding.
