I am somewhat familiar with this situation since I received a previous appeal based on this circumstance and I am happy to have read that you have passed the McMaster equivalent course now. Since HLTH 101 (S 2021) is no longer necessary for you to complete on a Letter of Permission, I will grant your appeal to drop that course after the drop date deadline.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.
